Rivers Pearce

With nearly two decades of experience in the digital marketing and technology world, Rivers helps business leaders navigate the increasingly complex landscape of technology that powers modern marketing and sales organizations. He has worked with Fortune 500 level brands in e-commerce and online marketing, and has deep expertise in the real estate and property technology industries. As BoomTown’s 10th employee, he was provided with the unique opportunity to help grow one of the real estate industry’s top sales and marketing platforms. He also works with tech companies who are interested in entering the real estate vertical, or enhancing their position within the space through marketing, partnerships, events, experiences, and more.


Scott Holtkamp

Co-Founder / COO

Being part of the digital transformation for over 20 years, Scott is a top performing digital and technology leader with executive management, strategic business development and digital marketing experience.  While building multiple agencies, Scott has revolutionized how consumers and producers interact digitally through geomarketing.  

Coming from a multi-generational family of entrepreneurs, Scott is a leader at heart. Having spent years in traditional marketing and sales, Scott saw the movement and need for digital marketing. Owning and operating his own digital marketing firm was a seamless transition for Scott, where he spent over 12 years working with a variety of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups. 

Technology is ever changing and evolving, exploring new ways of how people can communicate and connect has and always will be a fascination of Scotts’.


Peter Klassen


Mr. Klassen has spent most of his 20 year career as an IT consultant. Starting as a developer, Mr. Klassen’s roles in the development life cycle have evolved with a breadth of experience in working on projects from an initial idea to post-deployment success. For several years he has mastered the disciplines and best practices required for optimal project delivery and has helped build several delivery and methodology programs and technologies for his clients. While earning his MBA, Mr. Klassen discovered his entrepreneurial side and began to launch private ventures which enabled him to apply real world delivery training to tackle innovative technology challenges. This has developed his ability to think critically, deal with enormous impediments, and manage against real goals while facing rigid constraints. Today, his specialties include SDLC, Agile, scrum, CRM development, cloud based technologies, estimating, custom development, and client relations. Mr. Klassen has a true love of delivery, people, and is passionate about technology. He feels poised to take on any technical delivery challenge and welcomes any and all opportunities to help others. With a great work-life balance in Charleston, SC, Mr. Klassen enjoys his time with his family and friends.

Kent Movchan


Having spent nearly 20 years at TONI&GUY/TIGI, Kent Movchan began his journey by graduating from the TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academy in Dallas, TX in 2002 and immediately began his career at the TONI&GUY salons in the DFW area. Kent quickly formed a reputation of providing outstanding client service and driving profitable revenue growth. The first salon he managed became the top performing salon throughout the entire company. From there, he quickly stepped into other roles within the organization and became instrumental in deploying the franchise model for their academy and salon division, along with growing their TIGI product division. In 2017, Kent accepted the position of President & COO for TONI&GUY, where he was responsible for the expansion and ongoing development of franchising, company owned units, education, marketing, and products. Under Kent’s leadership, TONI&GUY achieved record revenue growth, operation performance and profit margins that outpaced most industry peers.
